OK the DNC is a problematic organization but wow, did they put together one heckuva heartwarming roll call!
This parade of delegates from across the country (and around the world!) is beyond inspiring, uplifting, and motivating. Yes, they are talking about Joe Biden but far beyond that, this 35-minute video reflects the true diversity and strong voices of the entire progressive, liberal and center-left American electorate: women of many cultures and races, BIPOC folks wearing regalia and other cultural statements, working-class folks and Union members, farmers, educators, proud LGBTQIA+ people, community organizers and activists, healthcare and other essential workers. I am so happy to meet all these Americans, learn from them, and in the middle of a truly horrible year, be reminded that there may be some hope for us after all.
I admit, I cried and cried. I want THIS America… I’ve missed it so much!! 
PS: Decolonize America! Statehood and/or full voting representation for the American citizens of DC, Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories!
